Terms and Conditions – 4uzie Pakistan Betting Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the 4uzie platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all aspects of your use of 4uzie including sports betting, casino games, virtual sports, crash games, fishing games, and all other products available on the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use 4uzie. The platform is operated by 4uzie and these terms represent the complete and binding agreement between you and 4uzie regarding your use of the platform.

These terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement governing your 4uzie account.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must meet all of the following eligibility requirements to create and maintain a 4uzie account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 4uzie operates a strict no-underage-gambling policy. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately and permanently closed, and any funds deposited will be returned after verification.
• You must be accessing 4uzie from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not prohibited by local law as it applies specifically to you. It is your responsibility to determine whether online betting is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or direct family member of a 4uzie employee in a role that provides any access to operational systems, odds data, or player account information.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

4uzie reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point during your account's lifetime. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 4uzie support will result in account suspension until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one account on 4uzie. Multiple accounts held by the same individual – whether registered under different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment details – are a breach of these terms and will result in all accounts being closed with balances forfeited.

When registering your 4uzie account you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your real full name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.
• Keep your account credentials – username, password, and any linked OTP device – secure and not share them with any other person.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change, particularly your mobile number or payment method details.
• Not register an account on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.

4uzie may, at its sole discretion, decline to open an account for any applicant without being required to give a reason for that decision.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposits and transactions on 4uzie are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• Easypaisa – Instant crediting to your 4uzie wallet
• JazzCash – Instant crediting to your 4uzie wallet
• NayaPay – Instant crediting to your 4uzie wallet
• SadaPay – Instant crediting to your 4uzie wallet
• IBFT Bank Transfer – Credited upon bank confirmation
• Visa / Mastercard – Subject to card issuer processing time

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum single deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced verification may be required for large deposits. 4uzie does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges which are outside 4uzie's control.

All deposited funds must be used for betting and gaming on 4uzie. Depositing funds with the intention of withdrawing them immediately without genuine gameplay activity is not permitted and may trigger a review of your account.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time via your 4uzie account dashboard. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. If this is not available, 4uzie support will work with you to agree an alternative.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is same-day. Easypaisa and JazzCash transfers typically complete within 60 minutes of the request being approved. IBFT transfers may take up to one business day.
• First-time withdrawals from an account require completion of identity verification. You will be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent valid identification. This is a one-time requirement.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if there is an open investigation into your account for any reason. 4uzie will communicate the reason for any delay within 24 hours of the withdrawal request being submitted.
• 4uzie does not charge a withdrawal fee for standard withdrawal amounts and methods. For unusually large amounts, a small processing fee may apply and will be disclosed before you confirm the withdrawal.

4uzie reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request and close an account if there is evidence of fraudulent activity, breach of these terms, or any other activity that has distorted the normal operation of the account.

6. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on 4uzie. Sport-specific rules are published within each betting market and form part of these terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 4uzie does not accept requests to cancel or modify a confirmed bet except in the specific circumstances described below.
• Bets placed on an event after that event has already started will be void and the stake refunded, unless the market was explicitly offered as in-play and the bet was accepted as an in-play wager.
• If an event is abandoned or postponed before 90% of scheduled play has been completed (or the applicable threshold for other sports), bets will be voided and stakes returned. Exceptions apply to in-play bets where the outcome of the specific market wagered on had already been determined before the abandonment.
• In the event of a clear and obvious pricing error, 4uzie reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds and return the stake. Players will be notified of any such voiding within 24 hours.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per account. Current limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placing your bet. 4uzie reserves the right to alter stake limits for any player at any time.
• Accumulator bets are settled according to the rules of each individual leg. If one leg is voided, the accumulator continues with reduced legs at revised odds.

7. Casino & Games Rules

All casino games on 4uzie – including baccarat, roulette, crash games, fishing games, and virtual sports – are subject to the following rules:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical result of a real game conducted by a human dealer on camera. Neither 4uzie nor any employee of 4uzie has the ability to influence or alter the outcome of any game round.
• Crash games using provably fair technology allow players to verify the outcome of every completed round using the cryptographic hash displayed before the round begins. Instructions for verification are available within each game's help section.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game are displayed within the game interface before play begins. These limits may vary by game title and by account tier.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round that prevents the round from completing normally, the round will be voided and the stake returned. If the outcome of the round had already been fully determined before the fault occurred, the result will stand.
• Attempting to use software, scripts, bots, or any other automated tools to interact with 4uzie casino games is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.

8. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4uzie may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, or other promotional incentives to new and existing players. The following general terms apply to all 4uzie promotions:

• Each promotion has specific terms attached to it, including any wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus funds. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and must be read in full before opting in.
• Bonus funds and real funds are held separately in your wallet. Bonus funds become withdrawable only after all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through multiple accounts constitute abuse and will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• 4uzie reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, amend its terms, or withhold a bonus from any player at its reasonable discretion. Players engaged in bonus abuse – defined as using betting patterns designed to exploit promotional terms rather than for genuine entertainment – will have bonuses removed and accounts reviewed.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly without meeting wagering requirements.

9. Responsible Gaming

4uzie takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. We provide the following tools and resources to help all players maintain healthy and controlled gambling habits:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced. Increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour reflection period before becoming active.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a break from 4uzie for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, your account cannot be used for betting or deposits.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent self-exclusion from 4uzie at any time. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period and 4uzie will make reasonable efforts to prevent the creation of new accounts by a self-excluded player.

10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 4uzie and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and if appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts or assisting another person in creating an account with the intention of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to deposit into or transact on 4uzie. All deposits are subject to standard anti-money laundering screening.
• Match fixing, spot fixing, or placing bets based on insider information regarding the outcome of any event.
• Collusion with other players to achieve betting outcomes that exploit the platform, including coordinated hedging strategies designed to guarantee winnings regardless of outcome.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the 4uzie platform in place of manual human operation.
• Attempting to access, probe, or compromise the security of the 4uzie platform, its servers, databases, or payment infrastructure.
• Using a 4uzie account to facilitate transactions for any third party or acting as a payment processor for others using the platform.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating any other person during the account registration or verification process.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

4uzie reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. The most common grounds for account action are:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match fixing.
• Evidence of multiple accounts belonging to the same individual.
• Requests from payment providers, regulatory bodies, or law enforcement.
• Accounts showing no activity for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy – see below).

Dormant Accounts: If your 4uzie account has had no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months, it will be classified as dormant. 4uzie will attempt to contact you at your registered email address and mobile number before applying the dormant account policy. After notification, a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 100 may be deducted from the balance until the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero. You can reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing a deposit.

If your account is closed due to a terms breach, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited if the breach involved fraudulent activity or misrepresentation. In cases of closure not related to a breach – for example at your own request – your available balance will be returned to your registered payment method after verification.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

4uzie collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and should be read alongside these terms. Key points are summarised below:

• Personal data is collected at registration and during identity verification. This includes your name, mobile number, email address, date of birth, and payment information.
• Data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and provide customer support. It is not sold to third-party advertisers.
• Payment data is processed by regulated payment service providers. 4uzie does not store full card numbers on its systems.
• You have the right to access your personal data, request corrections, and in certain circumstances request deletion of your data. Contact our support team to exercise these rights.
• All data transmission between your device and 4uzie is encrypted using TLS. Stored data is protected using industry-standard security practices.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the 4uzie platform – including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, data feeds, and the overall platform design – is the property of 4uzie or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 4uzie content without the express written permission of 4uzie. Scraping, harvesting, or extracting data from the 4uzie platform by automated means is strictly prohibited.

The 4uzie name, logo, and any associated branding are trademarks of 4uzie. You may not use these marks in any context without prior written authorisation.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4uzie's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• 4uzie is not liable for any loss of winnings, loss of opportunity, or consequential damages arising from technical faults, connectivity issues, or service interruptions outside 4uzie's reasonable control, including internet outages, payment provider downtime, or third-party data feed failures.
• 4uzie's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period preceding the incident.
• 4uzie does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.
• 4uzie accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to follow these Terms and Conditions, including losses arising from account sharing, password compromise, or use of the platform in violation of applicable local laws.

Nothing in this clause limits 4uzie's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

15. Amendments to These Terms

4uzie reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, 4uzie will provide at least 14 days' notice via email to registered account holders before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 4uzie platform after an amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your available balance.
